Review: Gamera!  Holy crap do we love Gamera!  This new and rare blu-ray release from Mill Creek features the battling turtle in his finest!  The two-film set includes Gamera: Guardian of the Universe and Gamera 2: Attack of the Legion.

I first became familiar with Gamera through Mystery Science Theater 3000 as a kid.  They would spoof the films and even had a great theme song they made up.   Their hilarious observations really endeared me to this character and the crazy vintage Japanese monster filmmaking.

This blu-ray is absolutely fantastic!  The films look amazing in high-definition.  We’re proud to add Gamera to our film collection.  This would make a great Xmas gift for the goofball on your list!
