Where's Spot: 30th Anniversary Edition BBC DVD Review

Where's Spot: 30th Anniversary Edition BBC DVD Review

Synopsis: Spot, the delightful star of Eric Hill's beloved children's books, makes his return to DVD as BBC celebrates his 30th Anniversary with an all-new DVD edition of Where's Spot! Spot has disappeared! Can you help Sally find him? Is he behind the door? Is he inside the clock? Is he under the stairs? Kids will love searching for Spot in this adorable children's classic. Plus, in this DVD, you'll also have fun with Spot at the playground, at the park, in the bath, and more! There are six episodes all together, each with its own special song, plus three bonus episodes, games, and more! Spot has never been so delightful!

Review: The Spot books, by Eric Hill, are some of the most beloved tales by parents and children alike.  I have a lot of experience with these as a parent of three kids, and I can tell you that they're not only adorable, but they're educational and appropriate.  Now, the BBC Spot series comes to DVD with nine adventures from Spot's world!

The cartoon, Where's Spot, is a parent-safe and pre-school age friendly DVD that features fantastic lessons for little ones like using their manners and accepting the differences of others.  The cartoons feature other animals and small children in a series of fun adventures.

There are a total of six episodes and three bonus episodes in the special features.  This animated DVD is a lot of fun.  We highly recommend it to everyone.
