| The World's Greatest Superfriends ran from Saturday, September 22, 1979 to Saturday, September 27, 1980. It consisted of 8 episodes. This series, mainly based off of fairy tales, was a regression back to the campier "All New Superfriends" era, and featured the main players, plus Zan, Jayna and Gleek. There were a number of All New Superfriends episodes mixed into this hour show, as there were so few new episodes made. DC Supervillains Lex Luthor and Mr. Mxyzptlk did make appearances. |
