On Feb. 26, the brand-new CG-animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series makes its DVD debut with the release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Rise of the Turtles. Created by Nickelodeon Home Entertainment, and distributed by Paramount Home Media Distribution, the DVD will retail for $14.99.
